RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

·       We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. Customers have the right to return or exchange a product and request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that they keep the invoice for presentation and retain the product and packaging in the same condition.

·       The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

·       The product will be received and inspected by Mobilcom team, and if the product is found to be in the same condition, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 days using the same payment method.

·       If the product is found to be damaged or any issue occurs with the product or packaging, the return request will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer.

·       This policy applies to both exchanges and returns. In case of manufacturing defects, the product can be exchanged or returned without any additional cost to the customer within 30 days using the same payment method.

  • In case of paying with credit/debit cards, valu, sympl, 3% will be deducted from whole amount and you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
  • In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.

 

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
